Had a great time over the Family Day weekend with friends and family.Large property for the kids to run around and layout of the house was great.The kids especially loved the ā€œbunkerā€ where the all slept and even posted a ā€œkids onlyā€ notice on the door!Will definitely book again.

8 woman 60 yrs and over celebrating 2 birthdays. Comfortable home but a bit far from town. Very peaceful and comfortable beds. I would recommend this vrbo.

Our recent stay exceeded our expectations - from the moment we stepped in, the cleanliness and attention to detail was evident. Everything was spotless, making us feel comfortable and well-cared for. Each room was meticulously maintained, with fresh linens and tons of little things like toiletries and first aid supplies in the bathrooms. The size of the cottage was perfect for our group, providing ample space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The living areas were cozy yet spacious, and the bedrooms accommodated all of us with ease. The kitchen was a great - fully equipped and large enough for multiple people to cook together. This cottage is a gem for anyone looking to accommodate a large group. Its cleanliness, size, and overall comfort make it a top choice for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return!

A group of seven ladies stayed here for 3 night and we couldnā€™t be happier. The place is large, very clean, equipped with everything you need and more you didnā€™t know you needed. Large awesome fire pit with plenty of wood. Beds were very comfortable and all the rooms very large as were the bathrooms. Lots of extra towels if needed. Only wish our stay was longer.

This property had everything we needed. Any kind of of small kitchen item you may need, multiple tea and coffee appliances, even a milk frother. Miscellaneous toiletries in all bathrooms, hair appliances for the ladies, plenty of towels. The property was lovely and the house was decorated beautifully. We were so pleased and it made our stay stress-free. There was plenty of room for everyone and allowed our family to stay together and have an exceptional visit.

We had a relaxing weekend. The kids enjoyed playing outside on the vast lawn, exploring the nearby conservation area. For adults we were a short bike ride to beautiful views and great breweryā€™s.

We were 10 friends (5 couples), getting together for a reunion. The home was very clean and organized with plenty of supplies. All the rooms were roomy and beds were very comfortable. Everyone had their own room and although none of the rooms had ensuites, the 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers, was adequate and supported our needs. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of room to move about. The dining room could sit 12 people comfortably. The very large yard gave us ample room to play some games and later relaxed by the firepit. The host, Michelle, was very responsive to any of our enquiries. We are already planning next years reunion at this same place..

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michelleā€™s home. Her place was extremely clean, had everything we needed, close to the Sandbanks Provincial Park and Downtown Picton. Her check-in and check-out process was very organized and easy to follow. Michelle was very quick to respond to all of my questions and was very accommodating and helpful! Wouldnā€™t hesitate to book her home again if we come back to visit.

This property is so well setup, it has everything for everyone. It is always very clean and updated, and if you forget anything, chances are that it is there. Perfect house to have 3 generations gather to celebrate my 70th birthday! There was enough space to accommodate 10 adults and 6 children, both inside and out. The dining area was excellent for a large group.The back yard was huge and was well used for many games-soccer,frisbee,badminton. Sandbanks is nearby for day trips, which we enjoyed even in the cool weather of the Easter weekend.

We wanted to do something special for our mom's 70th birthday and got her 3 children and their families together to celebrate it. Michelle's property was the perfect setting we could have asked for. Impeccably clean, it was very well stocked, and had an awesome layout, perfect for family game nights and dining fun. Michelle was a perfect host, very timely and responsive and took care of anything that came up promptly. This is one of the best properties we have stayed it and we will be coming back for more get togethers and celebrations for sure. Thank you for maintaining such an awesome property Michelle!!

We were out for a wedding and stayed here. Just a few couples for the weekend. The place was very clean, the hosts were made the check in super simple and they go above and beyond to provide guides, colouring booking for kids, parking passes for the beach etc. Great stay.
