It might be helpful to provide simple instructions, including how to make a regular cup of coffee, for guests who aren't looking for specialty drinks. The blinds are attractive, but they don't offer much privacy since you can easily see through them from both inside and outside. They also do very little to block sunlight. "If I could give cleanliness and amenities 0 stars I would. There were garbage bags at the top of every staircase which had to be used due to the elevator being out of service. The room we were given had blood stained sheets, mystery fluid on the wall and a unkept bathroom. The front desk gentlemen was very accommodating and tried his best to help however the issues were beyond his control. Would not recommend staying here if you value a clean environment."

The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. "The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only one desk chair in room. Big open space where comfortable chair should have been. Unable to get into courtyard. Doors locked. Very big hotel and had to walk a mile to get ice. Parking lot blocked off and no signage or direction where to park when arrived. "There is no individual room air conditioning and the staff said it was set at 68 which is impossible as the room was at 75 with my thermometer. Huge gap below the door so had to plug it for the night. Bathroom toilet seat was stained and burned. Floor was gritty and there were spill stains on the wall. The whole building is not maintained. Never again."
