The Space
The modern, well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze and flows effortlessly into the open-plan living and dining area, complete with a TV and dining table. A sliding glass door leads from the living space out onto a private undercover patio, where you’ll find an outdoor dining setting and a BBQ - ideal for relaxed alfresco meals surrounded by the scent of peppermint trees.
The main bedroom features a king size bed, while the second bedroom includes two comfortable king single beds - perfect for a restful night after a day exploring the coast. The bathroom is simple and functional, with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the patio, a beach day just down the road, or a sunset BBQ under the trees, Peppi Hollow is the perfect base for your next Margaret River getaway.

Other things to note:
Main House: please note this studio sits on the front of the property, behind is the main house where the owners live. Swell Stays are the Managers of Peppi Hollow and there is no need to contact the owners during your stay.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
