"This is our second stay at this home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the lake is beautiful and fun to swim in. We all had so much fun, and my kids loved the beach and fishing!"

"Check In was extremely easy. We enjoyed the water especially the kayaks. The weather was amazing and we got to see the sun and moon rise. The property owner is very responsive and has many available items in the house to use. The only thing i would say is the water way is an easement and not so much a beach per say but it was still nice. "

"Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. "

"Nicely decorated and clean. Check in and departure was a breeze with a door code given to you prior to arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to cook with and plenty of towels available for both kitchen/bath. Thankful for the AC during our stay when the temps were in the 90's. Shane responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The sunsets were an added bonus to our stay. Would definitely recommend."

"with this place! Everything we needed for our long weekend. I would definitely stay here again. Super clean and comfortable. Great communication with property manager. Right on the water with lovely view from the big picture window in the main room. "

"We had a wonderful stay and Martha is a great host! I absolutely fell in love with how the cottage was decorated. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the west branch area. "

"The four of us (partner, myself, two dogs) stayed for a week (6 nights) in early September. We were looking for a place to relax and that is what we got. Our dogs loved the yard, trails, and river. I would say that for us, the listing under sold the property a little. For those who have dogs it is important to note that there was a large collapsible dog crate, it is shown in a picture but is easy to miss. "When we picked this it was because we thought the alien were cool. When we got there, it was so beautiful. They have everything you could possibly want or need. It's only a few minutes walk to almost every place we went. I have to say that in all the year's I have used abb, they I by far the best!!!"
