"No hot water, shampoo conditioner and body wash all empty. Tried to call front desk and phone didn’t work. Soda machine didn’t work. Alot of stains on bottom part of bed. Asked about the hot water they said they never have problems with it. Probably one of the worst hotels we’ve been to "

"Breakfast was meh. Warm foods were out, had to hunt for plates, spoons and forks that were also out. Staff member seemed annoyed when asked for extras. Hot tub was nice, which was our main reason for coming to this location. Room was spotless. 😊 overall, we’d stay again. "

"Room was best up. Patches up holes in walls that were not painted. Some holes in walls not bored up. Door to room and bathroom did not fit well into door jam. Door to room had a crack that light shine in from hallway. Toilet did not flush away waste well. "

"Stinky room, below power quality for Hilton name. Difficult Parking, did not get what I booked for. Overall, one of the poorest experience. I had to cover my head with a bedsheet in order to avoid the smell in the room, even with air condition on there was a smell. I was so tired that I did not bother to call the reception because I saw the quality of the reception and receptionist and I did not bother, as I knew that there won’t be any good telling them anything."

"Well, this property is in desperate need of repair and updating. Our room was basically clean. We had requested a pet friendly room and the shade that closes the patio door was stained and torn. Although the bathroom was clean there was water damage beside the tub as I found out it is impossible to shower and not have water escape. There was a hairdryer but it was broken. "O hotel está muito mal cuidado. O quarto estava com lençol sujo, o carpet estava sujo e o ar condicionado era barulhento. Solicitamos a limpeza do quarto, disseram que estavam com muitas limpezas para fazer e só limparam o quarto 3 dias após reclamamos muito. Acionamos a hotels.com e também não tivemos retorno algum. "
