"We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay. Kitchen set up would have been better if it had utensils and cookware. Fridge worked so that was the plus for us. It was not clean. Hair...

"We were told by front desk that we had to pay $14 for parking. "The bad news is, there isn't really another option." The parking that we had to pay for was far away, (I am in great shape and can do pull ups and it was a bit much for me with my bags) and we had to travel up and down a flight of steps with our suitcases. "I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it"

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."
