"We enjoyed our stay, was nice for our young son to be able to feed the animals onsite. Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. The spa had chicken poo floating through it and getting swirled all around us. The water was also green. But they have assured us they checked the water conditions and it was ok. "This property was good for our Gold Coast stay. It is right in the heart of surfers paradise, walking distance to just about everything you’d need. The host was great with communication and promptly replied to any queries we had. There were some cups in the cupboard that looked as though they hadn’t been washed, and it would have been good to have a few extra bath mats, just because the water leaks out of the shower a bit. But otherwise, this spot was great."

"As soon as we walked through the doors, we felt instantly relaxed by the beautiful view. There was plenty of space for our two families, and the furnishings were very tasteful and calming. The location is awesome, an easy walk to shops and not far from the beach. Communication from the host was excellent. Thanks Dino"
