"We had a great stay. The area is very quiet. There's a great cafe restaurant directly across the street and the patio of the cafe faces the sea. Every Saturday there's live music from 3-6pm. The bus runs runs right in front of the complex so it's easy to get to Smithfield mall in less than 15 minutes on the 120 bus or Cairns Central Shopping Center where you can find groceries at Coles or Woolworths. "海沿いのホテルでプールを中心に客室棟が囲むような配置になっています。 迷路のようでおもしろかったです。 室内は驚くほど広く、長期滞在ができるように設備が整っています。 残念ながらホットタブの栓が見当たらずレセプションで借りましたがサイズが合いませんでした。 また、枕とシーツが臭くタオルを敷いてやソファのクッションを枕がわりにして寝ました。 チェックアウト時に伝えたところ丁寧に対応していただき好感が持てました。 これらのトラブルはレアなものだと思いますが、スタッフの方が誠意をもって対応してくださったので気にしていません。またリピートすると思います。"

"I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....
