"I booked this place for an additional night because the service was amazing. The food was great. I donât have a single complaint. I was even able to have my laundry done here. The owner and his staff are amazing. Definitely recommend staying here. It wonât disappoint."

"The property would get a full 5 star review except for a few things:
1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash. It's not unbearable but it's there
2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control
3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work

"Wow where do I start. It was unexpected but in a great way. The property is beautiful and you would not expect what you walk into from the entrance. The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome. Edwin, Julio security was always available. the food was 5 stars... The pool amazing. They made me feel like family. The only thing I would say that they could improve on was adding a blackout curtain so...

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by English-speaking hosts, making check-in smooth and easy â no stress at all. We were thrilled to be upgraded to the penthouse suite, which was fantastic.
The room was meticulously clean, with excellent air conditioning, strong WiFi, and English-speaking television channels. No vermin, insects, or mosquitoes â a huge plus!
