"Our time as a couple was perfect there. Beautiful and big suites with enough room to have your own comfort zone. This was by far one of the cleanest hotels we stayed in. People at the 24/7 reception are very friendly and always eager to help you. The people at the pool, the restaurant and room services are very polite and forthcoming. "On arrival we were immediately upgraded to a sea view room. Location and beach are good. Nice room with great view and air conditioning which is a must. All staff were very friendly. The chef is excellent and we really enjoyed our evening meals I would like to add that the manager Kariem is a credit to the running of this hotel. "would stay here again. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated that aspect of my stay. However, the biggest issue I experienced was the strong smell coming from the toilets, almost as if the sewage system wasn’t working properly. It was unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable at times. Maybe it was just our room. "
