"I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast as expected, nothing fancy but nice. Great rooms with Daily moskito hindering. Nice size. Great and nice, but rather small pool. In the end the hotel lived up to our expectations."

"The Restaurant, Room, Gardener and Manager were helpful and friendly and tried their best with what they had to work with. The room was nice with direct access to the pool. ● no water on two occasions ● restaurant did not have all the food that was listed on the menu ● bar did not have liquor to make drinks tgat was listed on the menu ● owner and staff's four year old children (2) were in the pool without supervision. I felt I was responsible/lifeguard if something happened - that's just me. ...

"Great place. Great villa with feeling of confort and privacy and with feets on the wonderfull beach (garden on the beach with private entry) ! Nice private pool with very clean water. We had the villa for the four of us only but you can easily come with 2 famillies. 4 large bed rooms with 9 beds and likely possible to add couple of beds more. Large living room. Private garden and large terrase with pool. "

"This boutique hotel was perfect for our one week stay in Zanzibar. It is small, quaint, and manageable. Although the immediate beach is a fishing location, with boats, and therefore not swimmable, there was plenty to do. We enjoyed a snorkeling excursion to a nearby Island. The staff was five star. Each. And. Every. One. "

"Beach was attended to each day in front of the property,but everything to the left and right had a lot of trash.The description of the property on Expedia was misleading,They failed to mention the two properties are about a 100 yards apart.The rooms were misrepresented,one property is actually called the Beach Lounge which is the newer of the two properties."

"L'endroit est magnifique, calme, et reposant. La chambre est grande et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Enfin, tous les membres du personnel sont agréables et à l'écoute. Je pourrais résumer mon séjour en un seul mot : "Parfait" ! "

"J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel à The Villa of Zanzibar ! Cette villa offre un cadre calme et apaisant, tout en étant à 10 minutes en voiture de Nungwi, un village animé. Pour mon séjour, j'ai loué la Sea View 2. La vue donne directement sur la piscine et plus loin l'océan, un vrai bonheur lors du réveil ! La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours et de nouvelles décorations avec des fleurs étaient chaque fois créés sur le lit. Une attention qui m'a beaucoup plu. Le personnel était souriant...

"Super nice stay in Bahati Villa, I fell in love with the place and people there. Room was very clean and spacious, and were located nicely in its own peace. A really good wifi also.
