There's no point in complaining that they didn't solve it, they said it was just a matter of putting the beds together. Weak breakfast and restaurant with non-Chinese food. I placed an order at the restaurant and there was no specific accompaniment and they exchanged it for another without consulting me...

"We loved our stay here. Panos and his team were very friendly and welcoming and it was great to be picked up at the airport and then taken to the ferry port at the end of our stay. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed and excellent air conditioning. it was great to have a fridge too. The room was very clean. We highly recommend this accomodation and we will definitely stay there again."

"The staff were exceptional. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help. The location of the property is great, its beach front although it’s not one of the best beaches in the area. The walk into town was about 10 mins with some small uphill roads. But taxi are relatively cheap so it’s an easy option to go and from town. "

"Loved the apartment, it was clean, smelt fresh, great bed & bedding. Fantastic staff who were available 24hrs if needed. My only recommendation, is remember your USB socket, I forgot mine! There were no usb plugs in the apartment, I stayed in and not available when I asked. That was on me for forgetting, although feel its worth a mention. My visit was faultless and have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊 "

I placed an order at the restaurant and there was no specific accompaniment and they exchanged it for another without consulting me and even charged an extra difference. My wife had a massage at the hotel and I was forced to go to reception to pay, all the services you put on the room bill to pay at checkout and the massage was not. They say there is a beach structure with transport, but when I asked, they told me to walk and it was only 10 minutes away. And when I get there I can't get a table, since they have to be paid for and have to be reserved with plenty of time on the app, being open to the public so they are hardly available. And finally, I booked a transfer to the airport and at the time I didn't have a car and they explained that I was 10 minutes late, even though there was no warning. I had to order a taxi and almost missed my flight. Worst experience."
