This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor, with no elevator. It is equipped with modern amenities.

The apartment has one room with a double bed (two sleeping places), a single bed (one sleeping place), and a TV with Netflix. The next room features a double bed (two sleeping places), a sofa, and a TV with Netflix. The last room has a double bed (two sleeping places). Towels, bed sheets, non-feather pillows, and covers are provided by default.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric kettle, coffee machine, essentials (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee), kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, toaster, and dishwasher.

There is one shower room and a separate toilet. Available amenities include soap, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, hairdryer, and a washing machine (with a drying rack, detergent, softener, and other cleaning products). Infant equipment and ironing facilities are available upon request and free of charge.

Air fans are available in the summer, and thermostat-controlled heating is provided in the winter.
