Dear Michelle, thank you for your nice review. we are very sorry that we could not provide you parking space, unfortunately we have a limited number of parking spaces and it was already occupied by the time you arrived. In the future, as the current economic situation caused by coronaviruses improves, we plan to increase the number of parking spaces. We are sorry that the event was in the restaurant just during your stay, it really happens exceptionally. In the rooms is the Guest Directory, where we offer an evening room service with a complete Menu from the restaurant. At the reception they would certainly be happy to help you and bring you the ordered food to your room from the restaurant. There are also many good restaurants near the hotel, suffice it to say and colleagues at the reception would like to recommend a restaurant according to your tastes and ideas.But we understand, that it was an awkward situation. Thank you also for your breakfast suggestion. We serve a continental breakfast due to the coronavirus situation and thanks to the smaller number of guests, we serve a smaller selection so that we can keep the food fresh. But we are still working to improve and we will try to improve the selection. Scrambled eggs, we make according to our tastes, it is customary for us to serve scrambled eggs with shallots. We are sorry that you did not say that the eggs taste bad, we could prepare eggs without shallots for you. We will be happy to welcome you here again, Prague is beautiful in every season and it will be our pleasure to recommend you other attractions in the city center.
