"The photos are fake and the price is very high its just a 1 star hotel."

"Very peaceful I will say rate it an excellent place for a solo traveler"

"I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the hotel staff never came to offer wash rags or towels. I didn’t have any toilet tissue in the hotel, and it’s so many things wrong with the hotel. This hotel needs to be updated. They have exposed wires which isn’t kid friendly at all. Paint chipping from walls and wet paint and bubbling paint from water damage. The trash cans are absolutely disgusting inside the bedroom. The refrigerator needed to be clean as well. No one offering to come clean the...

I have stayed here before and was under the impression that there shuttle services were still available. During my stay at Al Jawar Al Rahmah, I appreciated the kindness and hospitality of some of the hotel staff. "car drive to Haram is longer than advertized ( 10 minutes). No towels in the rooms and none provided even after request. No check in desk. no instructions received how to check in. room was clean"

"Confirmed reservation from Expedia was not received by hotel and they had no reservation even though made weeks ago. Hotel claims it was Expedia issue while Expedia did not do anything effective to help so overall terrible experience."
