"Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto limpo, café da manhã com muitas opções. Tivemos upgrade de quarto para frente da mesquita, experiência inesquecível."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sauber und im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig"

"Excellent location. Rooms are on the smaller side and the whole hotel gives a European size vibe but everything is modern, well-kept, and efficient. Staff was very polite and flexible, and they worked with my late check out request without any issues. Overall, great experience for a solo traveler."

"Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy"

"Basic and outdated hotel. Bath tub need replacing. Guests using vape in front of non smoking room. Tiles need more cleaning . Plugs very old and broken."

"Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean"

"I like the nearby shops and it makes a big difference for us visitors. We were at the third floor and Saifulla did keep the room and bathroom cleaned. Thanks"

"My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah."
