"Nice"

"What a wonderful place to stay in Amelia. We enjoyed this spot so much. Pristine cleanliness, everything you could image needing or wanting and an awesome space for enjoying hanging around the house with family. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future while we are visiting our son at HSC."

"Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. "

"We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed."

"Very cool place. Classic. Interesting layout. Great owner."

"Room was clean and host was available. Door lock system was tricky, especially at night with no light."

"Well stocked clean house. Very cute eclectic decorating. We loved that it was not close to the road."

"I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Richmond Va area. The host was very friendly and helpful and responded right away when I needed to reach out!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very accommodating with everything we needed.the backyard was quaint with just enough room for our fur baby. Plenty of shade for him to lounge around outside whenever he wanted to. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in the area!!!!"

"It was amazing and a great place to stay for our vacation"

"All was great"

"It was clean and nicely Renovated. It was clear, that they have put in work to improve the house. The showers could use a user manual."

"The is a great property in a nice location. We only stayed for one night as we were in town after the death of a family member. This was an easy, family-friendly last minute booking. There was plenty of parking and room to stay comfortably for one night with a 6-year-old and four adults. Having a backyard with chairs was nice and we enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. It was also close to grocery stores and a Ross, j crew factory, dsw and other stores. The host is very helpful, ...

"We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mei's house! Communication was great prior to and throughout our stay and Mei made sure we had everything we needed. House was a very comfortable size for the three adults and one teen we were traveling with. Home was very well equipped with everything we needed and the location was ideal for visiting my daughter for her pre season soccer at U of Richmond. Will definitely plan to stay again next time we are traveling to the area with a big group!"

"Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our kids loved the amazing backyard, cozy furniture, and it provided us a great launch pad for a swim meet for our daughter. The kitchen is amazing, way better than other rentals we've stayed in. Cooking and healthy foods are often key to our stays, and this place delivered!"

"This place is great! Clean and roomy"

"Great location in Scott's Addition near Richmond's best breweries and the Flying Squirrel's stadium."
