"The room was great - spacious and clean! There were always parking spots available. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. They also have a free 24/7 coffee station (sadly 2 of the coffee pots and the hot chocolate was missing upon check-out. Not sure if this is planned or was just a coincidence). "I will never stay anywhere else when working in Rochester. Dog friendly, lot of us construction workers and all friendly, neat, and quiet. Breakfast usually out early which is absolutely amazing when you need to be on a site before 7am. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms perfect for business traveler or couples. Easy access, Planet Fitness walking across lawn, washer avail at hotel. Overall a 10 out of 10 for this type of travel!"

"Very cute motel, rooms are small but still spacious enough. Beautiful bathroom with heated toilet seats, nice on a cold night. Beds are comfortable. Easy friendly check-in. Nice location on Monroe St with all sorts of shopping and restaurants close by and easy to get to highway. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again when in town"
