Villa Estia is a charming and bright villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Estia you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Estia is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a gorgeous private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 20 meters (65 feet) and the closest beach at 100 meters (approximately 330 feet) including 460 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Estia from the parking area going down a short route that includes approximately 20 stairway steps. An elevator is available.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Estia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 500 (it is returned to you at check-out).

Equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing on the comfortable lounge open air, Villa Estia offers a peaceful atmosphere among the shadows and the scents of Mediterranean plants and the view of the blue sea of the Amalfi Coast.
Terrace
The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs and masonry benches, as well as with tables, chairs, two deck chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are elegant and refined. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a double-glazed French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The room has a double bed (145 cm/57 inches). There is an elegant fireplace. The furnishings include a round-shaped sofa. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two double-glazed French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. It has two wooden French beds (120 cm/47 inches). In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.
