The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use. "We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse was fresh and clean and beautifully appointed, with exceptional views and amenities. The hosts, are warm and friendly people. They thoughtfully left fresh flowers and made sure to put out water/food bowls, a nice bed, and other items for our dog. Such a touching thought. David and Nancy, thank you so much for your hospitality. It was nice to meet you both. We hope to stay again, next time we're in the area. A definite 10 out of 10!!🫶"

"Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice."

"We booked Meadowlands Cottage and found - Dirty kitchen / outdoor area - Open! exposed rat poison in the kitchen - Mousetraps in the kitchen - Ants in the refrigerator This is NOT a safe place for children – leaving poison and other dangerous substances openly accessible. "Wonderful getaway in the mountains with a fantastic view. The deck is fantastic and we spent most of our time out there watching the quail. Plus we were able to enjoy with our pups. Great communication from the host made this the perfect break! "

"We spent three wonderful days at this Modern House in the Sequoia National Forest, and it absolutely deserves five stars. The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking easy and enjoyable.We were traveling with our adult children, and everyone had their own favorite part of the stay.
