Parking is on street, we provide an electronic permit for one car. If you require an additional permit please use the online check in to pay for this.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift in the property.
You will have access to the entire apartment.

We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it.
No glass to be put in the green or black bin.
No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.

Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.

Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.
