The kitchen and living room are an open floor plan, with hardwood floors, high vaulted ceilings, room darkening blinks. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need it has granite counters tops and stainless appliances, and an in- unit laundry.

The one spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with large a closet and built-in dresser drawer and a smart tv and nightstands. The bed has drawers with extra linens blankets and extra pillows in closet.

There is one fully equipped bathroom with stand-up shower. There is a linen closet fully stocked with bath and beach towels.

The living room has a pull-out full sleeper sofa, which can accommodate 2 people comfortably. There is a large flat screen television with cable. There is an electric fireplace for those chilly nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glassware, silverware and coffee maker. Linens, bath towels and blankets are provided. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Central air conditioning system is present in all rooms. There is a Bose radio/cd player and Wi-Fi.

The private balcony seating is perfect to relax on after a day at the beach and people watch and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean.

The unit is easily accessible by elevator and provides one onsite designate parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot across the street.

Free nightly outdoor shows at the Seashell, Monday night movies on the beach, you will find major acts at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, there mini golf, fireworks every Wednesday, arcades, great food and memories for a lifetime.
