"Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t...

"Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door...

"The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Communications with the owner was timely and helpful. They even offered me off street parking!"

"This property was not clean. The sheets were dirty and had not been changed. The kitchen floor was sticky and the dishes were dirty with food on them in the cabient. The shower was dirty.The host didn't respond promptly and did not refund money that was agreed. I would not stay here again."

"The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk. I slept in my clothes afraid to look at the sheets underneath the covers afraid to see what I would see. Worse than a Motel 6. "
