The apartment is located on the third floor, accessible by elevator. The property is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed for one person, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Matosinhos is full of restaurants serving seafood. On Rua Heróis de França, you will find many places to eat fresh fish. Most buy from local fishermen at the fishing pier (located on the same street) every morning.

You can also visit the Matosinhos Municipal Market to buy fish, fruits, and vegetables or try the restaurants.

Coming to this area means eating well, strolling by the sea, taking a surfing lesson, riding a bike or skateboarding, eating ice cream while looking at the beach or sitting and watching the sunset on a café terrace.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Matosinhos, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
