Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the studio features a cozy double bed and a comfortable sofa, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere while offering lovely city views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery you'll need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience.

For your health and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

Free street parking is available nearby, subject to availability.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The Studio is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
