This apartment is super comfortable, very well-lightened and exquisite. It has 70 m² and has an elevator. It's a one-bedroom room with one double bed in the room, a sofa bed that allows 2 people to sleep comfortably e an additional bed (if needed).



It has two bathrooms with a shower fully equipped and has a hairdryer.



The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.



It also has a TV, Wi-fi and an iron.



It has a breath-taking terrace where you can eat and rest in peace.



The apartment is located in a strategic point near the city's heart, since it's just a few minutes from the most gorgeous monuments and from the most delicious cafes and restaurants. It's close to several stores and services, such as: cafes, restaurants, banks, ATMs, supermarkets and parking lots.



We'll have access to the entire apartment with no restrictions.
