This charming 55m2 one-bedroom apartment with a 35m2 terrace in Porto is the perfect romantic getaway for couples. It offers a cosy and intimate space for you and your loved one to enjoy.
The property is located on the 1st floor and accessible by lift, although a few steps must be climbed before reaching the lift.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private terrace to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is a central and lively location in Porto, Portugal, placing you right in the heart of the city's cultural and historical attractions. Just a few steps away, you'll find the famous Livraria Lello, one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world, known for its stunning neo-Gothic interior and connection to literary history. A short stroll will take you to the iconic Clérigos Tower, a baroque masterpiece that offers panoramic views over the city, as well as the São Bento Railway Station, renowned for its intricate azulejo tile panels that depict scenes from Portuguese history.

Also nearby is Rua de Santa Catarina, a bustling pedestrian street popular for shopping, dining, and people-watching. It's over a kilometer long and passes landmarks like the Via Catarina Shopping Center and Batalha Square.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Aliados, is just a 4-minute walk.

The nearest subway and train stations, São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
