FLORES Terrace Apartment provides an exquisite, delightful and comfortable stay.
The apartment has a great location, set right in the heart of the historical centre and the pedestrian street Rua das Flores, one of the most historic and picturesque streets of Porto.
A 10-minute walk from the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Ribeira area.
São Bento metro/train stations are 2 minutes away and Clérigos Tower and Lello bookstore 5 minutes away.

FLORES Terrace Apartment is placed in a centenary building totally renovated in 2018, keeping the old facade.
The apartment offers a stylish, elegant and superb décor, with beautiful and unique details.
Bedding and towels are of high quality and the bath amenities are from the lovely portuguese company Lousani.
In the surroundings there is an amazing variety of local and high-end restaurants, trendy shops and bars with terraces.

An entire apartment on the ground floor with 50m2 with and amazing and quiet terrace, for 1- 4 people with a bedroom with a queen size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
It has a modern and fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washer, fridge, coffee maker, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, etc.) and one bathroom.
There is free air conditioning, cable Tv and WIFI.
Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel, soap, bathing cap and body cream are also included.

Cutest apartment I have ever stayed in

This apartment is as nice as a 4-Star hotel or nicer. Soft bath robes, linen and towels clean and heavenly scented. You walk out the front door and restaurants, shops are right at your fingertips. Very convenient to city center. Hostess had someone greet me upon arrival and she was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
Pedestrian street right outside my front door. Cars not permitted.

It rained in Porto!

This property was very cozy and quaint. When I say cozy, I mean small but super cute. We weren’t able to use the outdoor space as it rained every day. The kitchen was well stocked to make breakfast and lunch if necessary. Coffee and tea were provided along with some basic oil, vinegars and spices which was great. The bed was very comfortable but the room itself didn’t have a lot of space for suitcases or places to put your clothes. Decent sized closet which was helpful. The elevator was right outside our apartment door and that caused some noise during some late hours. Not sure if people are aware that someone could be living there. We arranged a ride from Porto airport through the property management company which worked out great. We were given instructions on how to get in but the code did not work for the door from the street. Communication with Valentim was quick and efficient. He also came to meet us for a walk through and was there to answer any questions we had. The apartment is in the midst of a very busy street but it’s very quiet once the doors are closed. Great location to walk and check things out. Would recommend this lovely place.

Wonderful place

This was our first time using Vrbo, we liked the flexibility of coming and going when we wanted to. Location was perfect close to everything. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Pedestrian area so good vibes when you walked out the door.

A lovely escape in Porto Centre

We were in frequent communication with the hosts. They inquired as to our arrival plans and worked the check-in process around our plans. They offered suggestions for activities, eats, transportation. The apartment was well equipped. Surprisingly quiet given its location on busy streets. The patio was lovely, but it was a little too cool in the early mornings and evenings to make proper use of it. We loved the proximity to so much of the city. We walked and climbed and enjoyed the city using this convenient location as a home-like base.

This is an excellent place to stay and it's centrally located near restaurants, shops, historic sites and the Douro River. The host was extremely helpful and the place was super clean, beautiful, and it had everything we needed! We highly recommend staying here!

Great location

Everything was great. Cute small appartement in the thick of things. Restaurants, shops etc. My only minus would be the pillows. Hard and big but other than that? Perfect. We had arranged a pick up from the airport and a late check-in. It was seamless and efficient.

Cute Place, Great Location

The apartment has a great setup and a cute back patio. Laundry is a great bonus. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The building opens onto a “walking only” street so getting in and out with luggage involves wheeling it up and down. The reason for one star deduction is because the listing said “parking on premise” but there is definitely no parking on the premise and we ended up having to pay daily to park in a nearby garage (facilitated by the host). I would still stay again, just beware the paid nearby parking only. And host had amazing communication throughout.

Very clean , great communication . Located in the heart of all the action . As soon as you step into the apartment there is complete silence and you would never know how close you were to all the action ( restaurants , shops , bars ) 10 min walk to everything . We will stay here again definitely

Spectacular

This apartment was in the perfect location for a visit to Porto! It had absolutely everything you could possibly need for your visit. The people I dealt with were Melissa and Valentím and they were awesome. Melissa was very quick to respond to emails and answered all my questions. Valentím met us upon check in at the apartment and went over everything. It was a perfect stay in Porto.

Lovely, cozy flat.

From start to finish our experience with the owner Joana and Valentim, who met us, was wonderful. The flat was extremely clean and has all that you’d need for your stay. It’s on a pedestrianized street with lots of places to eat in short walking distances. FYI taxis are allowed on the street to drop people off but ours refused (and it was pouring rain outside). It made it a bit more difficult to find the flat but being in contact with Valentim via WhatsApp helped us. My only negative is that the bed was really, really firm. That was uncomfortable for us but it would not stop us from staying here again though as there was so much to love about it. If you get the chance eat at a lovely 5 table restaurant called “Metro & Meio” just up the hill. It was our favorite experience in Porto. His flaming Chorizo is a must! Also eat at Bom Sucesso Market where the food choices abound!

Wonderful Stay

We were very happy with the apartment. The location was great. Very clean and the added amenities were a very nice touch(bathrobes and slippers!). Our host met us at the door and provided a helpful run down of the apartment features as well as the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this little apartment. It was quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. It was on a wonderful, mostly pedestrian, street with restaurants and shops. Easy access to the river and beyond. Melissa and Valentim are great. Very helpful.
