It is a holiday home within walking distance from the beach of Porto Cesareo. It`s in the centre of the town and it consists of two independent units, introduced by a fenced outdoor area that can be used as parking area. The house is air conditioned in every room and equipped with wifi connection. 

It`s modern and furnished with simplicity, the first unit conissts of an open space with living room, dining area with television, open kitchen with electric oven and a double bedroom. The corridor separates the open space from the master bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The second unit conissts of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The surroundings of Villino 
The holiday home for rent in Salento is in the centre of Porto Cesareo, near the sea and the popular small beach. The amenities such as shops, bar, restaurants, bank, post office, doctor on duty, fish shops, newsstands and tobacco shops are within walking distance. From the small harbor, it`s possible to choose excursions on boat that go along the coast or the protected marine area. The closest beach is 250 meters away, while the famous beaches with beach establishments such as Torre Lapillo, Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto are a short drive away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
