Villa Maria is a large 10-bed vacation cottage just 100 meters from Punta Prosciutto beach, one of the most beautiful and famous beaches along the Porto Cesareo coastline.
The cottage is fully fenced, has a large garden with parking spaces, outdoor shower and barbecue, and terrace with sea view. Pets are allowed.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets on the windows, iron and ironing board. Kitchen complete with electric oven, coffee maker, microwave.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Maria are large and fully fenced. In addition to space for as many as 3 cars, there is also a spacious furnished veranda for outdoor relaxing moments and a barbecue area with outdoor shower.
The entrance to Villa Maria is into an airy living room, furnished with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 quad room furnished with double bed + bunk bed. Completing the house are 2 shower rooms, one of which is outside located in the small back garden.

As its name reveals, Villa Maria Punta Prosciutto is located right in the residential resort of Punta Prosciutto famous for its beautiful free and wild beaches, crystal clear sea and fashionable lidos.
Punta Prosciutto is about 3 km south of Torre Lapillo , where all the main services are located. Torre Colimena is also very close, about 3 km to the north.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 37 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
