The sea and sandy beach 30 meters away from the house
Villa Bianca has access to the beach of Torre Castiglione, in Porto Cesareo. The area is well known in Salento thanks to its sea with crystal clear water, the sandy beaches and the good air: a real paradise.

Other beaches of the area, such as Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and Torre Colimena, are a few kilometers away, along a beautiful tract of coast. The house is close to the natural protected reserve (Palude del Conte and Duna Costiera) of Porto Cesareo.

Porch and dinner by the sea
The outdoor areas are furnished so that the guests can get a tan on the beach beds, relax on the sofas, drink a cocktail while looking at the sea. The villa is dedicated to relaxation.

Large glass walls with view on the sea
It`s elegant because it`s simple: Villa Bianca was furnished with attention to details. The large glass walls allow the guests to look at the sea even from the living room. The rooms are bright and spacious, while the modern furniture is characterized by the pale shades. The result is a relaxing atmosphere.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms
The living area consists of a sitting room, dining area and kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

The guests have at their disposal a barbecue grill, air conditioning in every bedroom and covered parking area for 3 cars.



- Additional beds are with single pouf and are suitable for a guest aged between 7-16 years.
- Only small pets are allowed.
- One of the bathrooms is incomplete.
- During the season it is possible the presence of campers near the villa.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
