"Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!"

"We stayed 2 nights over Columbus Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the owners provided plenty of towels. The house was beautifully decorated with a charming blend of new and old. There were even baskets with toiletries in case something was forgotten. "Everything about this house was above and beyond. We stayed with multiple families and everyone felt that they had their own space. The homeowners did a wonderful job thoughtfully planning this home to accommodate a large group. I spoke with Sheri several times and met her the day of check in. The home is so well taken care of! The photos listed are exact, you will get exactly what you are paying for, the house is gorgeous. If I go back again to the area I would absolutely stay in this house....
