This 4BD, 2BA house offers both plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood with 10-minute walking access to the beach (only 6 blocks!), the pier, miniature golf, amusement park, train station, and more. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, 2 cars in front of the property. Spacious fenced yard with charcoal grill, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for relaxing on cool beach evenings. Our “game garage” includes a pool table, foosball, and dart board.

Shellcastle is 3 floors. The first floor offers a circular floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, family room, sunroom, and a bathroom with standing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge and an island. Kid-friendly dishes and utensils provided. The dining room has a large square table with 8 chairs for the family. (Bring in island seats from the kitchen for additional people!) The family room has a 55-inch TV with a Roku device for streaming, a reclining couch, and a comfy chair with an ottoman for lounging, plus games and puzzles. The sunroom has a love seat (excellent for reading) and a card table (excellent for puzzles). The sunroom/entryway and hallway connecting the sunroom and the kitchen have plenty of hooks for jackets, towels, etc.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and a bunk room with a full bed and a twin) plus another bathroom with two sinks and an 8-foot tub/shower combo with double shower heads. The third floor has a bedroom with a king size bed and a landing area outside the bedroom with a full bed, a twin bed plus a trundle twin, and a travel crib as well. Every bedroom has 40 inch LED TV's and Roku devices. All bedrooms and the landing area have window A/C units during the summer. Linens are not provided; guests should bring their own or rent linens locally.

Guests access Shellcastle via keyless entry with your own unique code. We are a dog-friendly home; no cats, no exceptions. Pet fee covers one dog; additional dogs $50 each. We offer a robust digital guest book with lots of recommendations for your stay. Come relax and unwind at Shellcastle!
