"This house was just as described and was awesome for a winter weekend with three families with small kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were more than enough bathrooms and play spaces, and it was easy to walk to the beach even in the snow. The adults loved hanging by the fireplace and watching the game upstairs, and the kids loved building forts in the bunkroom, playing with the toys, reading the books, and playing in the snowy yard. "Jason is a great contact, quick responses and very welcoming. The house a very well equipped and extremely clean. The entire open living room is filled with the most spectacular ocean view. This was our second year here and we’ll be back."

"The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room."
