"Very clean, neat, sunny, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Had some trouble with figuring out AC system and had to call the owner, but she was responsive and helpful. (I suggested this should be in the book that was left.) Also, two different days for trash pick-up were listed, which was confusing. One closet door was off its track and fell off onto my sister while she was trying to move it. Other than that, it was very nice and we would recommend it."

"Being summer, immediately after booking, we contacted the mgmt co hosting this property for the owners to double-check that air conditioning was offered at this property. We were assured that the property had AC. Upon arrival, there was an old SUPER LOUD floor unit in each of the 3 bedrooms and a wall unit in the upstairs hallway. "Wonderful!..we all had our own comfy bedrooms…The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need..Loved the back porch with tv and couches..Big back yard with fire pit which we used twice.Ahmad even gave us the wood.Very clean…and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated.Ahmad was the perfect host. "Location is close to the beach! Only a few mins walk to the sand. We walked to bars, restaurants, the Playland and Pier easily. It was just that right size for my boyfriend, myself and our dog. If we had invited another couple for the whole week it might have been a tight fit, but fine to have an overnight guest. The owner’s communication was timely and informative. Great host! "
