"This place advertises itself as a "luxury" accommodation but it was far from that. Check in was a disaster, and it only got worse. I was supposed to receive a message about what we had to do at reception but that did not happen. We where left at the front of a building that was supposed to be recption but no one was there. We rang the phone number and after out third call someoner answered, There was a couple who arrived at the same time as us but they had received a message about how to get...

"From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a stay unlike any other. Bellarine Spa and Wellness Retreat delivered one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I've ever had.
