"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

"We drove past before check in time and saw a note in the hosts window saying that they had gone to town which was no problem but when we attempted to call later to let the host know we’d be arriving late we couldn’t get through. Both numbers we found were “out of service”. We then called Expedia and they could not get through either getting the same message. When we did arrive at VVM everything went great and the place was perfect for us. It would have eased our minds if we could have contacted...

"This place is amazing! Gorgeous view from the balcony. Comfortable bed & chairs. Very clean. Easy to find & easy to park. Nice fridge & coffee maker. Close to great little stores and restaurants with delicious food & drinks! Also plenty of outlets to charge phones, watches, & tablets. It is an absolutely charming space!"

"This is an adequate room with comfortable bed. I have 2 problems with staying here. It advertises parking for one car, then check-in instructions say it’s 2 hour street parking that isn’t enforced, so there’s no dedicated space. The other problem is there is no one local to help if there’s an issue- all communication is done remotely, and in 2 cases, answers were incorrect."
