Guests will have plenty of room to relax in the large open kitchen/living/dining area. From this space, walk out the backdoor to a large, screened porch overlooking the pool area.

Everything is whitewashed shiplap walls and stained tongue and groove ceilings with no sheetrock, giving this home a unique old beach house feel with all of the modern amenities. The kitchen features a large island and plenty of counterspace to cook for large groups. Fully stocked with stainless cookware, knives, mixing bowls, etc.

Outside:
Gunite pool with a large sun shelf perfect for smaller kids or for someone looking to relax in the heat. There is plenty of parking available in front and down the right-hand side of the house with enough room for boat/trailer parking as well. Bring your boat with you and enjoy a 2 minute ride to the local boat ramp.
