"Mexico Beach is truly one of our favorites. We love staying in beautiful homes on quiet beaches. This property had everything we needed inside and out. The beach access was a very short walk and the home was truly decked out with all the extras you could possibly ask for from a host. I was happy to find there were plenty of kitchen essentials including condiments, coffee pods, and storage bags already on hand; something you don’t always find. "Over the Christmas holidays, I had the joy of staying in this lovely Sunburnt Sunset home with my family. Upon first entering the home, we were greeted with a beautifully lit Christmas tree, a wrapped present under it (a unique Port Saint Joe beach ornament), and two sleigh-themed gift baskets filled with scrumptious goodies. I felt as though my family and I had arrived to a five star stay at a luxury hotel. This Sunburnt Sunset home definitely did not disappoint and absolutely does score its...

"Beautifully decorated with everything you might need. Clean and fresh with exceptional communication. Perfect location with the general store nearby, restaurant next door and beach access in walking distance. "

"The place was not clean. Cleaning crew did not change bedding. Lots of repairs needed to the place. Owner/manager was very receptive and communicated well. Offered to send over new linens. During our stay owner/manager had new roaster and coffee pot delivered. It just needs a good repair week and deep cleanI suggested the cleaning crew be replaced "

"The place is nice. Tried to check in a little earlier, but rental manager was not able to help. Clean, although inside garbage can lid smelled due to food debris clung to it. The little details matter, no shampoo or conditioner was a little disappointing. Overall, very nice place to stay. Thank you for renting your beach house to us."
