On Beach Time 2 is designed for the group that wants to be near the water without being beachfront, and wants the comforts of a well-appointed home without any of the usual beach rental trade-offs. Mornings start with the screened deck — coffee, the Gulf stretching out ahead, not a bug in sight. The beach is a short walk once everyone's ready. When the sun peaks and the sand gets hot, the screened deck becomes the coolest spot on the property — shaded, breezy, perfectly positioned for lunch from the grill and an afternoon siesta in the lounge chairs. Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated computer area tucked into the main floor, with a view that makes conference calls feel almost tolerable. Evenings at On Beach Time 2 are the best part: the screened deck at golden hour, followed by the master suite soaker tub while the day unwinds entirely. Don't forget — you're on beach time.

The main level flows beautifully from a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances through the dining area and roomy living room with sectional sofa and large Smart TV — all opening directly onto the screened deck with gas grill and full outdoor dining and lounge setup. Full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level, along with a half bath and dedicated computer area with ample storage throughout.
