Sleeping arrangements
This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to 8 guests, offering a layout designed for both privacy and connection. The ground-level bedroom includes a daybed with a trundle for two twin beds and convenient access to the pool area. On the mid-level, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath, and a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, Smart TVs, and storage, with a full bath featuring double vanities and a tub-shower combo nearby.

Outdoor living
You’re just 300 steps from the beach, making it easy to spend unhurried time by the water. Afterward, return to a fully fenced backyard with lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit for relaxed nights. The private outdoor pool is available all year, open 24 hours, and offers a heating option from October through March. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after beach days, and two gulf-view decks provide space to unwind, including an upper deck with a gas BBQ grill.

Kitchen and dining
The top-floor open-concept layout brings the kitchen, dining, and living area together beneath gulf views. The kitchen includes cooking basics, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, with four bar stools offering additional seating and a casual spot for conversation.

Comfort and amenities
Inside the home, you’ll find free washer and dryer access, towels and bed linens, heating, central air conditioning, a window AC unit, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace located in a common area. Family-friendly additions include a crib, Pack ’n Play, baby gates, children’s books and toys, and board games. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with home safety features such as smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras limited to the outside only.

Pet-friendly stay
This pet-friendly property welcomes up to two pets with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Assistance animals are always allowed, and the fenced yard provides room for pets to relax outdoors.

Neighborhood
Set in the St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach area, the home places you near sandy shores, local dining, and scenic drives. Mexico Beach, downtown Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas are all within easy reach, offering options for coastal walks and time outdoors.

Additionally, there is a pack-and-play available for use as a crib. We also provide a strap-on high chair and two baby gates.

Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room allowing you to stream your favorite shows.

*NOTE:
Prior approval is needed for pets, with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained. Pets may not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a crate. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

All pet droppings MUST be cleaned up or there will be an additional charge through your deposit.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING/HOOKAH OR DRUGS ALLOWED in the house. Any evidence will be subject to a fine.

*Weather Related Refunds* - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.


This home is a smoke-free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

SELF CHECK IN-I will provide you with a door code the day before check-in.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR THE CLEANING CREW. ANY DELAY AFTER 10:15 AM (EASTERN) WILL INCUR A $50 LATE FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES.


For the safety of everyone, we have installed a RING doorbell at the front door to monitor the parking area. Please be assured that there are no other cameras inside the residence.

The house has stairs to the 3 bedrooms, bathrooms living room, kitchen area and a 4th bedroom on the lower floor as you enter the house.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach buggy and beach/pool towels.

We provide the initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding.

We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib.

We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child.

We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant.

We have several board games for your enjoyment.

We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You!
