The townhome features two master suites, one on the main level with easy access and one on the top level with its own private screened porch with views of the ocean. In total, there are 5 porches including an open porch overlooking the pool area. The guest room is located on the second floor with balcony offering Gulf Views. There is also a Sleeping Loft with bunk beds for the kids! The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything to whip up the perfect meal with brand-new appliances & granite countertops. There is also a Keurig & Regular Coffee Pot! The living room opens onto a large open porch for sunning and also a screened porch that overlooks the pool, it is hidden behind beautiful palm trees for a little extra privacy.
