"George is excellent at communicating , quick response! Love the location, very private, plenty of space in the house for just two of us and dogs ! Back yard can use some attention. It was fine with us since we spent most of the time by the beach. Dogs had a blast swimming in the lake !! "

Conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in the Port Sanilac area. The golf cart is a huge plus for getting around town. "We love this cozy cottage, it’s a perfect get away. It’s adorably decorated, there’s comfy furniture in every room and the location and views are wonderful. This is our 3rd stay and it’s become a tradition. I’m sure the summer months are wonderful but we like the quiet walks with very little traffic and we get the beach all to ourselves. The year round neighbors are wonderful. Our pup likes all the walks, there are beautiful cottages, too. It’s a lovely neighborhood. The restaurants are great....

"Very clean and neat. Owners are very thoughtful and went out of their way to provide a great weekend away for us. The road is a little noisy but the lake is very close and there is a lot to do in the area. "

"Property owner was remarkably approachable. We had no issues whatsoever. They let us check in a little bit early and gratefully. We checked out a little early, but had everything cleaned up. It was a wonderful exchange. Surprisingly quiet, even though it was Labor Day weekend and lots of neighbors around wonderfully decorated. It was a perfect little weekend for us."

"It is a rustic simple house. It did provide comfort, air conditioning, and plumbing. Household supplies were plentiful. The yard is nice and has trees. We enjoyed the firepit too. My Grandson was happy to have netflix."
