"Owner is very pleasant. It’s an older facility but reasonably well kept. Location was great for what we wanted. Really liked the room setup. Pool is clean & maintained.
It may not be some folks choice but we plan on going back again!"

"Loved all the extra beds, but the 1 bathroom is a bummer. And if you're expecting a shower experience like at home, you'll be disappointed - a bit subpar. As my husband and sons said, this was definitely not a mom-friendly place to stay. They had a great time regardless."

" Very deceiving listing after staying many times in POC. Second bed was a loft with barely any headspace. Any person with disabilities would be unable to access. No dining table! Not even a small table or end table so impossible to have a meal with any measure of comfort. Lack of items always available through VRBO, such as paper towels, indicative of poor host. Unpleasant stay"
