It offers a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher). The living room faces south and has a 160cm sofa bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower with a sliding door. The washing machine and the garden are shared. The building is equipped with Wi-Fi. All amenities are within walking distance.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the designated containers in the city. If linen is included, it must be removed upright and folded at the foot of the bed.
