"Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking . I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent. I will start by getting in contact with the agent."

"Bom Hotel!

The kitchen amenities were extremely basic and the TV postion is not viewable from bed..... something that is nice when having a Nana nap on holidays. The outdoor spa wasn't clean. There was 2 cheap broken hair dryers in the bathroom and with so much water on the floor it didn't feel safe to use...

"Very awesome hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable and in a very good and quiet location. Very close to the beach. We also had our room serviced once because we stayed a week, we weren't expecting that. I think it a good thing that this hotel is adults only. It keeps everything more quiet and romantic. The wifi and amenities were good. The japanese sliding doors give a nice look on the apartment. The massage bathtub is great! They also helped us book the shuttle buses and our tour to the Daintree...
