"We really enjoy staying here. It was our 2nd time and will definitely stay here again next time in florida. Its a great location,quiet neigjborhood and great for walks on the all sidewalks throughout. Has anything you could possibly need if you forgot something and the kitchen is easy to cook in with pots and pans etc. Very cozy and very comfortable!"

"It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍"

"Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house."

"Location was perfect, centered between Arcadia & Port Charlotte. Clean and nicely furnished. Wrap around porch and decorative lighting was relaxing. Internet had some Buffering at times (t-Mobile) but was adequate! The Best part was of course the man cave. Would be a great place to meet with friends for a weekend! "This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. "

"What a fantastic find! We had a 2 night stay at the Rotonda Retreat. Alex is a very friendly and responsive host and we felt right at home. It is very spacious and clean with a FULLY stocked kitchen and plenty of dishwasher & laundry pods and trash bags. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. It was very nice to relax and enjoy the lanai and heated pool with the hanging lights all around. Well worth the price for our group of eight. We would stay here again!"
