Wonderful in every aspect…location, cleanliness, host responsiveness. 2 minute walk to beach, but we rented a golf cart anyway for beach joy rides. During the weekdays, we literally had the beach to ourselves.

We loved the house’s location—being able to walk to and from the beach was a huge plus. The décor was charming, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The deck was spacious, featuring comfortable chairs where you could sit and take in the ocean view. The house does sway quite a bit, so if you have vertigo or motion sickness, it may feel uncomfortable.

2nd time staying

It was our 2nd time staying and even better than the last. Great cabin, great location. You can tell the owners put money into amenities. There was a brand new Oklahoma Joe bbq pit we used for fajitas which was awesome and the ice maker is top notch too

Spring break get away!

Great weekend getaway

This is a very nice, well set up small house just off the beach. It was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. October is a great time to visit since the weather is great and it’s not too crowded. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Always love this house

We have stayed here before and that's why we wanted to come back. Love everything about it except two things. :-( The cookware needs to be replaced. I completely understand that it is hard to stay on top of things like that because people just don't take care of things anymore. The pans were way too scratched up to use so I went and bought a couple of pans to use but then they would not work on the induction stove top. Outside of that we completely enjoyed the entire stay. Thank you for making your home available.

Great stay!

We stay at the beach every year, but this stay was our best one yet! From the location, to the views to the cleanliness, and to everything we needed being there at the cabin, from coffee, to detergent and cooking utensils, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! This location is everything, it’s not right on the beach but it’s just as close without paying the on the beach price. We will definitely be back here again!

Location location location

Literally 1 house from beach which is ideal for families with young children. Plenty of room to host rest of family staying elsewhere. Bed arrangement was good for family.

Perfect Spot

This is just a really beautifully outfitted unit. It’s especially great for those who like to cook, as the kitchen is the heart of the common area. Super close to the beach. Screened in porch is a bonus.

Great property!

We rented this house for a family weekend and it was a great property. Very clean, the location is wonderful in regards to beach access. Carinn is a great and responsive host. We will definitely stay here again.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work. So the tv didn’t work. The pit shown in pictures was not what was at property. The lock box was difficult to open. The beach items were not available as listed. All other amnesties were ok

Girls weekend

Our overall stay was wonderful. The accommodations were nice. The house was clean. The views were great. The only thing I thought was a little weird was that there was expectations that us as guests who are staying for two nights that want to get away from the rat race and unwind and not have to clean and do laundry for them to have guests do those things after the guests have paid that fee. It doesn’t make any sense. That added some unnecessary stress to a very brief stay. Now, I’m on my way back home so I can do more laundry. Yay.

Great location

Unit was very clean and we loved the location. You can see the gulf from the front deck and hear the waves. We appreciate the soaps and detergents very much. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Only 2 tvs have satellite. The unit doesn’t come with some of the extra amenities that are pictured. All the boogie boards and sand toys were broken. The grill isn’t the same one pictured. We had trouble with the tv remote in the bunk room and couldn’t use it at all. The other bedroom wasn’t a smart tv or dvd player. Bring dvds for kids room. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Oh the refrigerator is super cold and froze everything. Great for adult beverages not so good for fruit and veggies.
