Welcome to the Bolivar Peninsula and our inviting family home! This newly constructed three-bedroom, three-bath retreat is not just a rental but an extension of our family, designed for families and groups seeking a memorable beach escape. Nestled just a short stroll away from one of the more tranquil beaches on Bolivar, our home promises the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
Conveniently situated adjacent to the community pool (closed Nov. 1 to Feb. 28), playground, and across from the scenic viewing deck, our house is a hub for family-friendly activities. The extended patio deck invites you to soak in the coastal breeze while taking in panoramic views of the Gulf and bay. For outdoor enthusiasts, the expansive area beneath the house is an ideal space for games, grilling, and various recreational activities.
Crystal Beach, a short drive away, offers a vibrant atmosphere with its array of restaurants and entertaining activities. Whether you prefer sandy shores or bay fishing, the peninsula has it all. Take a leisurely ferry ride to Galveston for a change of scenery and explore additional attractions. Don't forget to discover nearby gems like Crystal Beach, Rollover Island, and the Galveston Seawall. For nature lovers, the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge and Smith Oaks Sanctuary are easily accessible. The Bolivar Peninsula is great for a well-rounded coastal experience.
Inside our home, you'll find an open floor plan that is great for spending time together and enjoying the coastal atmosphere. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to ensure family meals are a breeze. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, including two primary suites with ensuite bathrooms and a bunk room that sleeps 4, which provides ample space for everyone. The additional full bathroom is accessible from the common areas.
We take pride in making your stay as enjoyable as possible, providing amenities such as Wi-Fi, guest mode TVs, washer/dryer combo, and easy access to community accessible spaces. Our goal is to help you create lasting memories for your family and friends.

• Starter Supplies: We provide linens and bath towels. Starter supply of paper products and cleaning supplies are included.
• Accessibility: Please note that the property requires stairs to access the house and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
• Parking: Ample parking for up to 3 cars is available.
• Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that no pets are allowed.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years old to rent.
• Key Rules: Strictly no smoking, vaping or drug use; no parties/events/large gatherings allowed.
• Cameras: Exterior Only security cameras for the safety of both guests and property.
• Reminders: Don't forget your beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen!
• If guest actions violate posted community rules (pool hours, parking, etc.), or rules outlined in owner communication, and that results in a fine from the HOA that charge will be passed onto the guest.
