Family getaway

We go to Crystal beach 3-4 times every year. But annually we get all the kids and grandkids together for a large get together. My husband passed away unexpectedly in April and we lost our youngest son last November unexpectedly. I was going to cancel this year but grandkids reminded me that pawpaw would want us to go. This was almost first row awesome views and beautiful house. Even though it was bittersweet it helped in my healing. You CANNOT GO WRONG with renting this awesome property

Perfect location to the beach

The house was great, we had one door issue and it was resolved very quickly. They were putting up the pillars for a new house next door which caused A LOT of noise for 12 hours one day but I guess that is not this property owners fault unless it was their own property.

Vaca get away

Upon arrival the property was clean and neat but the upstairs a/c wasnā€™t working correctly. So we contacted the person on the paperwork and she sent out a general helper. He said the air is working. He was totally out of his area of knowledge. It still wasnā€™t working, he said itā€™s blowing cool air Wrong it was blowing 74 out of the vents. So by this time it was too late to get a real a/c service person. So we had to deal with the upstairs being hot. First thing the next morning a true a/c repairman showed up and found the condensation drain was clogged. In about 2 seconds he cleared the issue and then the unit started blowing 54 degree air. After all of that, everything went fine . Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY Only thing that could have made it better would have been an elevator. Stairs are a beast

Amazing time at NautiBeach Cottage

Great property ! Wonderful location, outstanding amenities. House was clean and beautiful. Lots of room and layout was perfect. Great kitchen with everything needed. Management company was wonderful and responsive when we found that there was not a wine opener, it was missing. As soon as we let them know we had one within an hour hand-delivered. The only glitch we had in our whole trip was the fact that the Wi-Fi tower was down the whole five days of our stay but this was not the fault of the owner/management company it was the tower for the Wi-Fi company that had to be rebuilt. We wound up watching DVDs at night and worked on a hotspot for our computers so we had workarounds. I would highly recommend this place And we will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful Experience

Enjoyed a long weekend with family before Thanksgiving. Our experience was simply amazing at every level. The check-in was easy, location spectacular, and the hosts were very accommodating. In fact, they took time from beginning to end to ensure our stay met expectations.. The level of communication in this regard was genuine, and appreciated. When not on the beach, we spent time enjoying the crashing of the waves and the sunset while relaxing on the twin decks. The house was spacious, especially the kitchen, which was equipped with everything we needed. Thanks to Kristin, Faith, and Linda for making this a very special family vacation. We look forward to returning in 2022.

Great getaway!

We had so much fun & itā€™s a great location! A short walk/golf cart ride to a little coffee shop & few restaurants!! We had a few minor inconveniences when we showed up and they fixed them almost immediately! Greatly appreciated!

Winter getaway

The house was amazing. So close to the beach. Was nice to wake up and see the ocean from my bed. Unfortunately the weather wasnā€™t the greatest but the house made up for that. My kids and I loved the house. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Views and Beautiful Beach House!!

My family of 11 (6 adults/3 kids/ and 2 Doodle Dogs) stayed here for 5 nights/6 days and we truly enjoyed ourselves! This Beach House is Beautiful, so close to the beach, and Very Clean! We fully enjoyed our time here!! One Note: Bring Lots of Mosquito spray!!! The Texas State Birds (aka: Mosquitos) are Viscous!!!

Perfect location on Crystal Beach

We brought our family to celebrate the July 4th holiday and all ages enjoyed our stay. Our beach time was limited for two of the days because of Texas state declarations, but this worked to keep the crowds down so it wasnā€™t a problem. As for the house, the kitchen was wonderful! We cooked all our meals and every appliance and utensil we needed was found. The ground floor area was great for outdoor play each evening and the fenced area worked perfectly for our dog. The owners were great to work with at a tense time. Our only warning to any future renters is that the master bedroom/bathroom is huge and luxurious; however the other bedrooms are small. Donā€™t expect to fit an air bed in the floor of those rooms. All beds are comfortable though. WE should have considered that our growing-up family needed more bedrooms. That said, we had a WONDERFUL TIME and loved the house!
