This spacious, tranquil home is in a family-friendly area of the beach. Molly's Place has all the amenities of home with tile floors throughout. The large kitchen with dining table is open to the living room, making for easy family gatherings and always being a part of the conversation! The spacious bedrooms easily accommodate you and your guests. The primary bedroom has a king and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed. There are also two roll-away beds for additional sleeping, if necessary. Bedroom three has a single bed and a twin/twin bunk. For your inside entertainment, this home has DISH for TV viewing and WIFI. You will enter the passcode information provided in a picture frame near the TV in the living room. In the morning, pour your coffee and enjoy the amazing sunrise from the deck. You can even watch the big ships out in the Gulf. Downstairs, you will find a large, covered area for the kids to play in the shade and a charcoal grill. The family "Grill Master" can grill your favorite meals while enjoying the Gulf breezes. When you are ready to head to the beach, there is easy access via walking, golf cart, or vehicle! Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out, roll-away bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small dish liquid soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
